About the role
The Challenge
At Bambuser, closing a deal is only the beginning.
Our customers are global brands with complex procurement requirements, contract negotiations, subscription agreements and billing processes. Turning a signed agreement into successful revenue realization requires coordination across Sales, Customer Success, Finance and the customer themselves.
Over the last five years, we've built a strong Quote-to-Cash foundation. Now we're looking for someone to take ownership of it, improve it and help shape what comes next.
You'll inherit processes that work. Your challenge is to make them more scalable, more efficient and better connected through systems, automation and operational excellence.
You'll also sit closer than almost anyone to the realities of our customers. You'll see where deals slow down, where procurement becomes a blocker, where customers challenge value, and where operational friction impacts revenue.

About the Team
This role sits in Sales, Customer Success and Finance.
You'll partner with commercial teams to support customer agreements, renewals, procurement processes and operational challenges. You'll also work alongside Finance to ensure revenue moves smoothly from contract signature through billing and collection.
As Bambuser continues investing in automation and AI, you'll collaborate with our Operations Architect and leadership team to identify where technology can create real leverage, so our people spend more time on the work that makes them exceptional.
This role offers a unique opportunity to influence how revenue operations evolves at Bambuser and how our commercial teams scale in the years ahead.
What You'll Own
Commercial & Quote-to-Cash Operations
Own the operational journey from signed agreement to billing handover.
Manage contracts, renewals, amendments and subscription changes.
Support contract negotiations and redlining processes.
Coordinate customer procurement and purchase order requirements.
Ensure billing readiness and commercial accuracy.
Resolve customer-facing operational, contractual and billing-related queries.
Partner with Sales, Customer Success and Finance to keep revenue moving efficiently.
Salesforce & Revenue Systems
Own Salesforce as the commercial source of truth.
Drive CRM adoption, data quality and process governance.
Build reporting, visibility and workflows that help teams make better decisions.
Ensure our systems scale with the business.
Revenue Operations & Business Improvement
Use systems, automation and AI to create leverage across the revenue organization.
Surface insights that improve customer experience, retention and revenue realization.
Turn operational complexity into scalable ways of working.
What We're Looking For
Required
Experience working in a SaaS or subscription-based business.
Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes.
Experience managing contracts, subscriptions and recurring revenue operations.
Strong Salesforce knowledge and confidence acting as a CRM super user.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally across Sales, Customer Success and Finance.
Fluent English.
Nice to Have
Experience supporting enterprise customers and procurement processes.
Experience with contract negotiations and redlining.
Experience with workflow automation and process improvement.
Experience working with AI tools and automation initiatives.
Experience with subscription billing, ERP or Revenue Operations platforms.
