As a Product Manager, you will join a high-impact product team that’s redefining how video and commerce intersect, and we’re just getting started. This isn’t a role for someone looking to maintain what already exists. It’s for someone who wants to shape what’s next.

We’re a lean and driven team with big ambitions and strong capabilities. You’ll work closely with senior engineers, designers, and customer-facing teams to uncover opportunities, test ideas fast, and ship experiences that make a real difference for users and the business.

What You’ll Do

• Take full ownership of key initiatives from idea to post-launch impact
• Lead discovery work with customers, CSMs, and sales to identify real problems worth solving
• Run structured research and prototyping (you don’t need to design yourself, but know how to test fast)
• Write clear specs and collaborate daily with your dev team (R&D)
• Bring structure and prioritization to a high-change environment
• Ground product decisions in real user needs (not just internal ideas or gut feeling)
• Improve how we work by introducing simple, effective ways of working
• Drive measurable impact: adoption, engagement, revenue, and share your thinking behind it

  
  

Who You Are

We believe you will thrive if you…

• Have 3–6+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar Individual Contributor role
  
• Know how to build products in cross-functional teams with engineers, designers, CSMs, and sales
  
• Are comfortable making decisions, even when things shift fast
  
• Can lead discovery, turn insights into hypotheses, and test them fast
  
• Bring just enough structure to help us scale without slowing us down
  
• Think in terms of user value and business outcomes, and how to balance them
  
• Can communicate clearly with senior developers and understand technical trade-offs
  
• Know your way around Figma, GA, Miro/Notion, or similar tools

Bonus If You…

• Have worked in e-commerce, live commerce, or video SaaS
  
• Understand product-led growth (PLG) environments
  
• Have experience working with enterprise clients (and understand the complexity that brings)
  
• Are curious about AI, automation, and rapid prototyping tools
  
• Have startup experience and have shipped meaningful results with limited resources

Who You’ll Work With

You’ll be part of a small, tight-knit product team led by our VP of Product & Innovation. Your closest collaborators will be our engineers (R&D), our designer, and key stakeholders from Customer Success and Sales. You’ll also engage directly with select global customers as part of our Product Advisory Board.
