We are seeking a strategic and driven Head of Security, Compliance and IT to lead our growing organization. This role offers the exciting opportunity to shape the future of our technology landscape. You'll have a broad scope, encompassing the security of our platform, the management of our IT infrastructure, and the strategic adoption of AI. While many systems and processes are already established, you will be empowered to optimize and evolve them, including building a plan for any additional resources needed to ensure your success in these key areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Securing our systems and data: You'll manage our robust security measures, continue to proactively identify and address risks, and ensure continued compliance with industry standards like ISO 27001 and GDPR.

• Customer Focus: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers on security and compliance inquiries. Respond to RFPs with solution-oriented approaches.

• Navigating the global regulatory landscape: You'll guide the company through complex data privacy and security regulations across multiple jurisdictions.

• Managing our IT infrastructure: You'll oversee our IT environment, optimize vendor relationships, and lead system integration projects to ensure seamless operations.

• Championing AI adoption: You'll develop and execute a strategy to leverage AI across the organization, identifying opportunities to enhance productivity, automate processes, and drive efficiency.

• Resource Optimization: Develop and implement a strategy to ensure the IT team has the necessary resources to meet company needs in a cost-effective manner, leveraging service providers and external expertise where appropriate.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.

• 10+ years of experience in IT security and compliance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

• Strong understanding of security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) and relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR).

• Experience with security technologies, system integrations, and hardware lifecycle management.

• Experience with AI technologies and their application in business settings, including knowledge of data governance and ethical considerations related to AI.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience working in a public company environment is a plus.
