What you'll do

As a Client Success Manager at Bambuser, you will help our clients turn Live Video Shopping into their #1 sales channel. Working closely with our Product & Tech team daily to get everything in place before "Going Live," you will also act as a strategic advisor presenting best practices for a Live Show such as content planning, and traffic acquisition. This is a highly dynamic role requiring detailed orientation, structure, people skills, and you will be in charge of building long-term relationships with our customers.

Responsibilities will include managing projects and tech compliance, as well as monitoring integration processes, creative productions, and campaigns. This is an operational role where you often participate in setting up and preparing the live shows, becoming an extended part of our customers' marketing team.
Further, in this role, you will:

  • Develop quarterly and annual brand plans and campaign media plans
  • In-depth data analysis to develop actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns (optimization)
  • Develop long-term relationships with multiple stakeholders in customer accounts
  • Drive and accelerate spend adoption (up-sell) within assigned accounts
  • Continuously educate and keep the network up-to-date with new launches, product development, event opportunities, media mentions, case studies, etc 
  • Develop industry/vertical insights, share best practices, case studies, best-in-class examples
  • Interact with internal stakeholders (sales, on-boarding, legal, production, product development, and business intelligence teams) to secure successful campaigns and provide feedback to improve our solutions continuously
  • Support on crafting sales strategies for new markets and segments
  • Help us rethink how we do things and always look for innovative ways to improve our performance at scale


Once the circumstances permit, extensive travel may be required from time to time.

To succeed in this role, we need you to be a tech-savvy person with people skills, someone who pays a great deal of attention to detail. Experience in e-Commerce is essential, as well as online marketing and a deep interest in understanding the technology behind live video shopping.

Skills and background

  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, influencer marketing, account management, client success
  • Bachelor's Degree (BS, BA, or BBA ) in communication, marketing, or business management
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, MS Office software Excel; Keynote
  • Ability to prioritize and demonstrate relentless discipline in achieving goals
  • Digital channels understanding and practical experience (PPC, SEO, E-mail mostly)
  • Solid social media knowledge (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok) 
  • Fluent in English + Spanish and/or Portuguese


Nice to have

  • Existing network within E-commerce players & media agencies in America
